Step 2: Receive your 10-character Submission Fee Code

After paying the submission fee, you will receive an email from our payment system (Stripe) with your receipt. A separate email from JEI will be sent with your 10-character submission fee confirmation code and submission instructions.

• Whatever email you entered in Stripe is where your receipt and the email from JEI will be sent. Please check that email account first, including your Spam/Junk or Promotional folders.
• The 8-digit Stripe Receipt ID is not the same as your 10-character submission fee confirmation code.
• Each submission fee code can only be redeemed once.
  • Reusing a submission fee code, submitting the same manuscript more than once, and deleting a submission during any point of the review process and submitting as a new manuscript are NOT advised and will result in needing to pay an additional submission fee.
  • Using a fake submission fee code is a serious offence and may result in disciplinary action.
  • Note: we can only consider one JEI submission per student at any given time, no matter what stage of review or publication the submission is in.
