Amplify Student Voices in Science

At Emerging Investigators, we believe students develop their scientific voice by doing what scientists do: engaging with new ideas, honing their critical thinking skills, and sharing science with the world. Through the Journal of Emerging Investigators, eiRxiv, teacher-friendly resources, and the Ask-a-Scientist program, we offer students the opportunities and resources they need to become the next generation of scientific communicators.

Your support helps us sustain and expand these efforts, allowing us to provide:

  • More opportunities for students to engage in authentic science research and communication
  • More time, resources, and mentoring to support students as they share their research and insights
  • More resources and support for teachers as they incorporate science research, communication and publishing in their classroom
  • More public advocacy and education about the hows and whys of science research and communication
